About our service

All in One Support Services was formed in March 2021. Today, our aim is the same, delivering the highest quality supports possible that meet your needs and build capacity. We are passionate about what we do and have a deep commitment to delivering choice and control that promotes positive outcomes for the people we support. We are a Geelong based NDIS provider who work alongside multiple services and sectors including clinical, community, justice, forensic and government.

Mark James

Director

Mark is the director of All in One and a qualified Social Worker.

Mark’s passion for Mental Health started over 10 years ago where he began as a community support worker. Mark soon became passionate about helping others and has continued to learn and develop his practice. Mark has worked in forensic, clinical and community mental health roles and led numerous large teams. Mark has a deep understanding of the structural barriers people with a mental health diagnosis face.

Mark’s social work practice is underpinned by a critical approach that focuses on analysing structural barriers that are linked to social stigma through diagnosis. While, finding thoughtful and innovative ways to overcome these through implementing therapeutic and holistic mental health approaches.

Victoria Roberts

Director of Operations

Victoria is the Director of Operations at All in One and is responsible for overseeing the entire day to day operations of our service.

Victoria prides herself on navigating through complex problems while, forever being a professional multiple tasker who always delivers positive results.

Victoria has extensive experience working in corporate finance and has previously owned and operated multiple small businesses.

Danielle Williams

Operations Manager

Danielle is the Operations Manager at All in One and oversees the day-to-day operations of our head office.

You will always see Danielle with a smile on her face and willing to help anyone; her kind approach and genuineness puts you at ease.

Danielle has worked at numerous ASX listed companies managing small to large teams while, having extensive experience working in corporate administration and finance.

Maddy Williams

Service Delivery Manager

Maddy is Service Delivery Manager at All in One and is responsible for overseeing our community support worker team, intake, and onboarding.

Maddy is a professional all-rounder always finding new and innovative ways to improve the flow of operations and streamlining day to day processes within her team. Maddy is passionate about helping others, this shines through when liaising with participants, staff, and stakeholders.

Maddy has worked extensively in aged care, corporate administration, and disability.
