Mark James

Director

Mark is the director of All In One Support Services. Mark is also a qualified Social Worker and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Mark’s passion for Mental Health started over 8 years ago where he began as a community support worker.

Mark soon became passionate about helping others and has continued to learn and develop his practice. Mark has worked in various clinical and community mental health roles and has led numerous teams. Mark has a deep understanding of the structural barriers people with mental health, disability or housing issues may face.

Mark’s social work practice is underpinned by a critical approach that focusses on analysing structural barriers that are linked to social stigma through diagnosis. While, finding thoughtful and innovative ways to overcome these through implementing therapeutic and holistic mental health approaches.

Victoria Roberts

Director of Operations

Victoria is responsible for overseeing the entire day to day operations of All in One Support Services.

Victoria prides herself on navigating through complex problems while, forever being a professional multiple tasker who always delivers positive results.

Victoria has extensive experience working in corporate finance and has previously owned and operated multiple small businesses.

Danielle Williams

Operations Manager

Danielle oversees the day-to-day operations of our head office.

You will always see Danielle with a smile on her face and willing to help anyone; her kind approach and genuineness puts you at ease.

Danielle has worked at numerous ASX listed companies managing small to large teams while, having extensive experience working in corporate administration and finance.

Maddy Williams

Intake Manager

Maddy is responsible for our intake, onboarding, recruitment, and retention.

Maddy is a professional all rounder always finding new and innovative ways to improve the flow of operations and streamlining day to day processes. She is very much a quiet achiever, however, shines when liaising with participants, staff, and stakeholders.

Maddy has worked extensively in aged care and disability and applies all her learnt knowledge here at All in One.

About our service

All In One Support Services was formed in March 2021 out of community need for a tailored Mental Health, Disability, and Housing support service for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

We are passionate about advocating for those experiencing disadvantage, mental health un-wellness and social stigma. All In One Support Services has a deep commitment to raising awareness within mental health sectors through delivering authentic, honest, reliable and quality supports.

We are also committed to empowering these groups by ensuring they have the necessary skills to attain the highest quality of life possible. This focus is guided by our five pillars of practice. Consistency, Resilient, Calmness, Purposeful and Reliability.

We incorporate a holistic and therapeutic approach to all services we deliver and people we support. We offer a wide range of customized and tailored services to meet your needs no matter how complex.

We believe everyone deserves the best chance and quality of life and we are committed to making that a reality.
